You may also contact AmeriCorps Seniors. Get involved and make a positive difference in your community. AmeriCorps Seniors volunteers serve with organizations dedicated to helping others.
Consider becoming a volunteer Ombudsman and advocate for residents of nursing homes, board and care homes and assisted living facilities. Find Your Local Ombudsman Program to learn more.
There are other ways to make a difference and become involved in the prevention of elder abuse.
